Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA), Duke’s Aldridge Academy and Portslade Aldridge Community Academy (PACA) are highly successful secondary schools rated “Good” by Ofsted. BACA and PACA are located in Brighton and Duke’s is located in Tottenham, North London. We are seeking three lead teachers to develop and implement practices to enable all of our teachers of Maths, English and Humanities to become outstanding practitioners. You will work with colleagues across the cluster and MAT to raise standards and improve outcomes for children through improvements in progress and attainment in your subject area.

The posts are fixed term contracts until 31 August 2019 and renewal of contract will be subject to review.
You will report to the Executive Principal South East cluster.
