Aldridge Education was established as a national multi-academy trust in 2016. Our entrepreneurial community schools are focused on young people succeeding in reaching their potential. Our goal is that, by the age of 25, all Aldridge graduates will have experienced an outstanding and enjoyable education and be able to sustain the life of their choice. They will be independent, thriving economically and making a real, positive contribution to their communities.
As a new and growing multi academy trust we currently employ around 550 people. This is an exciting time for us as we build our systems, policies and processes as a national organisation.
We operate our schools in regional clusters and currently have four academies in Darwen, Lancashire as well as two recently joined academies in the Brighton area. We have plans for expansion within our clusters over the next few years and are expecting to be joined later in the year by a secondary school in London, as well as two University Technology Colleges.
Developing and maintaining strong financial controls, financial governance and reporting is essential in supporting our growth aspirations and the successful applicant will take a lead role in that development.
Please email your CV and a letter of application demonstrating how you meet the selection criteria to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 30th August. Please note we will review applications on a weekly basis and may appoint before the application closing date.
