    Date: January 29th 2018

Kensington Aldridge Academy, a member of the Aldridge Education family of schools, has been graded Outstanding in all categories by Ofsted in its first inspection. Inspectors concluded that: “Leaders, governors and staff have the highest ambitions for pupils. Together, they have created a school where pupils are happy, safe and making excellent progress. What the school has achieved and sustained is remarkable.”

Ofsted’s report is full of praise for the academy’s students and their development, describing them as: “confident, resilient and hard working” and “prepared very well for life in modern Britain”. It concluded that students “make outstanding progress in nearly all subjects” and “develop into mature and thoughtful young adults”.

    Date: January 20th 2018

Three students from Kensington Aldridge Academy have received offers from Oxford University Colleges this term. Kai Sirleaf, was offered a place to read Spanish and Linguistics at Oriel College, Oxford. Titilayo Maathai was offered a place at Magdalen College Oxford to read English Literature, and Abdullahi Maathai was offered a place to read French and Russian at Christ Church, Oxford. This is a fantastic result from in our first year of university applications by the academy’s “founder cohort” of sixth form students.
