Helena Lewis - Principal
Helena Lewis took up the role of Interim Principal at Sudell Primary School in September 2017 and in December 2017 she was confirmed as the school’s permanent Principal.
Helena is a successful and experienced Headteacher.
She joined following on from her role as Head of Primary at Abraham Moss Community School in Manchester and , prior to that, was a deputy headteacher for five years in Manchester. Helena is an experienced senior leader in Primary and All-through sectors.
She holds an MSc in Educational Leadership and Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
On her appointment, she said:
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my first three months working with our wonderful pupils, staff and parents, and want to be part of Sudell’s future success. My aim as Principal is to ensure that Sudell Primary School continues to become recognised as a successful school where every child can achieve their full potential in their academic, creative, personal, physical, moral and spiritual development. My priority will be to focus on ensuring that all children learn and make good progress, experiencing the highest quality teaching and learning within a happy, safe and secure environment”.
