DACA Students winners in the Share Your Pride Design a trainer competition
At the end of last summer term, all DACA Year 7 students completed a project where they learned about Tokyo 2020 and where the inspirations for the logos and mascots came from.
Get Set Club were running a national competition for students to design a trainer for a Team GB athlete – the students with the winning designs would receive a pair of Adidas trainers.
The Design a Trainer competition inspired an amazing total of over 1,700 entries nationwide – so narrowing these down to a shortlist then picking our 20 winners was a very difficult task for the judges.
So we were delighted to learn that Joseph Pearson and Ebony Wilkinson were selected amongst the competition's overall winners. They both receive a free pair of Adidas trainers.
