Safer Recruitment Co-Ordinator (Brighton)
Job Description
This post is located within the central team of the Trust. They will report to the Brighton HR Partners and uphold the visions and missions of the Trust. The role will support the academies in attracting and retaining high quality candidates through leading on all recruitment activities.
The postholder will work in partnership with the Trust HR Partners, senior school based staff and Principals and outside agencies to build positive relationships and ensure a robust and successful recruitment strategy is in place.
To support the Trust in attracting high quality candidates through leading on all safer recruitment activity across the Brighton Academies. (Currently BACA, PACA and AAL)
