Head of Finance

About the role

This is an important and rewarding role, working closely with our schools and the Trust Executive Team to ensure the highest standards in financial practice. You will undertake all aspects of financial management as well as development and maintenance of internal controls, policies, systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Trusts finances and assets.

Head of Local Governance

About the role

This is an important role, working closely with Local Governors, Academy Principals and other Executive Team colleagues to ensure high standards and consistent local governance practice. The Head of Local Governance will be responsible for ensuring our local governors are fully supported and operate within our governance framework to effectively support and drive school improvement.

Compliance Officer

About the role

As Compliance Officer you will have the breadth and wealth of skills, knowledge and experience to join the Trust’s Central Team to support us with meeting our compliance needs and to ensure that compliance within the Trust is to a high standard. 

We require sound experience of using management information systems to record, verify, analyse, and present data to ensure quality assurance and compliance processes.  The post holder will be highly organised, have attention to detail and enjoy working with a wide range of people at trust and academy level.

HR Administrator (London and Central)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a small but busy HR team in embedding Human Resources practice and initiatives.
This role will be predominately based in Tottenham but will be split between supporting the school and the central team and will require occasional attendance at the central office in Moorgate, London to work with the Chief People Officer. There will also be the opportunity to work from home once a week.

Cluster IT Manager 

We are seeking to appoint a hands on, experienced and highly motivated individual as Cluster IT Manager.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven skills, problem solving ability and aspirations to undertake the leadership and management of day-to-day operations on all of our cluster sites, managing call queues and helping Technicians on site in delivering excellent customer IT support services. 

This role will be based in Brighton but will require frequent travel into Central London.

Estates Officer - Brighton Aldridge Community Academy

We are looking to appoint an Estates Officer to join Aldridge Education Multi- Academy Trust.  The Estates Officer will ensure that their academies function safely and effectively on a daily basis. The role is customer-focused and is key to ensuring that all estates and facilities services are available and fit for purpose at all times.   As a member of the Estates Team, the Estates Officer is expected to set and maintain high professional standards at all times and support the academy leaders and the Estates Cluster Supervisor, and the wider Estates Team in delivering both an outstanding service to our customers and the vision of the Trust.

Nurture Teacher (Full time) to teach English and maths to Y7 and Y8 nurture group - Portslade Aldridge Community Academy

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to join our teaching staff to take responsibility for a nurture group in Year 7 and one in Year 8. These groups will be made up of students who are not yet at age expectation in literacy and/or numeracy.  The role of the nurture teacher will be to teach this group of students both English and maths.
